Topic: Homeowners Association Condo Board & HOA Boards. How to reform your condo board, hoa board. What proportion of Condo owners & HOA members are truly dissatisfied with their Board? Condo board attorneys, HOA Board attorneys, state bureaucrats and other key “players” constantly proclaim that the overwhelming majority of association residents are satisfied with the performance of their boards.
